I wonder what tunes people put on this car for a realistic experience with a wheel.

Not in terms of drift trial points, but what tuning makes it handle the most realistic?

I think it's needless to say they change the set up on the real car from track to track, so we can never match it exactly.

Exactly... for what your after stock on S1s is fine. (they use Direzza Star Spec which is comparable to S1).
