Post up all cars with non modifiable wheels

Don't you hate buying or winning a car with hideous wheels to find out that they can't be changed?

As a solution, I made this thread to be used as a reference for those who would like to find out if a
certain car's wheels are modifiable or not.

I'm a little curious about what it is that makes this thread "Official"...

I'm a little curious about what it is that makes this thread "Official"...

I'm guessing caused he typed it in the title is the only reason.
I thought I saw something like this on the board already.

At any rate, heres my addition:

The Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (C2) 1963 can't have its rims changed, or accept a wing.
Same with the race version of the car.
Audi R8
Bently Speed 8

I think that this thread needs to be revised to a road car / race car layout.

I realize that we know that you can't change the rims on a race car, but a list of road cars would be interesting.

I tried to change the rims on the Oreca Viper...only to be disappointed that you can't...and therefore if I ever do a race and another Oreca shows up...there goes my individuality! :guilty:

Yeah, that's why this first thing I did with my Action Replay Max disc was this:

A healthy dose of "too-big-for-my-britches-ness". It's been corrected now.

Oh it's SO Official :sly:

BTW - I do plan on adding Classics to the list, it's just that I don't collect any of them in my Garage. So any help you can post up in here will be much appreciated. Also, if you would post the car name in the same format that I have above (full car name and year as it appears in the game), it would be much faster for me to update the list.

Actually, the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C2 Race Car can have its wheels changed. I got mine to ride on NI0339 (Nissan Skyline KPGC110 '73) steel wheels. On older cars, you have to love the stamped-steel wheel look!

Sadly, the road car is confirmed for this thread...

Although it's already been said, I'll draw attention to the Audi R8 again, as it's still not on the list.

But it would be considerably quicker and easier to write a list of race cars on which you can change the wheels, because I don't know of any at all.

I do...

Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C2) Race Car '63 (yes, it can)
Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II '04
Honda INTEGRA TYPE R Touring Car '02
Honda NSX-R Prototype LM Race Car '02
Honda S2000 LM Race Car '01
Mazda 6 Touring Car '02
Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car '01
Mazda RX-8 Concept LM Race Car '01
Mitsubishi FTO Super Touring Car '97
Mitsubishi CZ-3 Tarmac Rally Car '02

Those are certain ones, I'm pretty sure there are other LM fantasy cars left.

yeah your missing a few, dont know exactly which but my guts telling me you are though..

oh the Camaro LM..i just remembered

This isn't hard to figure out though because what you listed are cars that don't exist in real life, are made up by PD, you can tell when it has a red/blue paralleogram icon in the name soemwhere.
