Noob Grinder question

Could I create a dummy account to run the grinder widget off of so I could run all 6 of my drivers from my main account? I'm pretty sure this won't work unless I have two seperate PS3s but I wanted to check.

Yes it works. All you have to do is FR your main account from your dummy account.

Next question what is the fastest way to get to level 5 so I can unlock bob on my new account?

Don't you start with one BOB? There is no need to unlock another for what you are trying to do.
