I've been around here for a while, a bit more than a year, so I think some of you may know me already, but well..

My first name is Alan, I'm 16 years old, a big Formula 1 fan, in fact I remember the races I missed since my long term memory started working(the first race I remember watching is the 1999 Japanese Grand Prix).
One of the reasons that I'm doing this is that I find entertaining to read and possibly to answer the Questions Jordan posted in his thread, so there we go..

  • How did you find GTPlanet?
I discovered the site in the GT4 days (around 2007) in a desperate way to get a car over 300mph, because some friends and I were in a little competition about who gets his car above that speed.

Re-discovered it when GT5 prologue was announced, I dedicated the time reading all the news
Re-re-discovered it when GT5 was announced, same a above
Re-re-re-discovered and finally registered when I was banned from a latin american forum for having a bad and selfish behavior towards slower people (Every other guy on those forums, including the mods )

  • Where are you from?
Tijuana, in Northwest Mexico, not the most western/northern city in latin america, as some people think. :)👍

  • When did you start playing the Gran Turismo games?
In christmas of the year 1999, when my father bought me a playstation with Gran Turismo 1 and 2, with a couple other games (Crash Bandicoot and Spyro)

Since then I haven't stopped playing :D

  • Do you play with a steering wheel?
Nope, but maybe I'll buy one in a couple of years, buying a wheel and buying/building a stand are not in my priorities at the time

  • What other games do you enjoy?
I really enjoy playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2, here are my stats, you maybe have seen me out there with my not-so-effective aggressive recon style :D

Another one is Minecraft, the gameplay is just

Other games I really enjoy are the old Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games, in fact I downloaded them from the PS Store and I have played the over and over and over (I always do it offline)

And there's this game that I catched up in the PS Store called DUST 514, it's free and the gameplay is pretty cool, you should give it a try, it's pretty good to be a free to play game

  • What are you most looking forward to doing in the community, now that you're a part of this site?
I had to answer this when I registered, but let me tell you guys that it's been almost exactly what I expected from a forum, except that you're so freaking fast :scared:, I have to thank you that you knocked me down of the cloud

Welcome to the Planet! Even though you've been here lol.

Never too late to tell us about yourself. :)

I would say 'Welcome to GTP!' but it's too late for that, so instead I'll say: "Glad you decided to stick around!"

Yeah, Minecraft's awesome, if too bloody addictive.

Good to have you around, and 'Good Luck' in all your endeavors. 👍
