not getting a prize car for completing championships

Hey guys ive been playing for a couple of days and im using the anniversary cars for most of the races every time i beat a championship race im not getting a "prize" car do they just not give them out anymore or what im confused here lol, If they took it out that would be really dumb

Apparently they're giving prize cars only when you reach a certain number of stars & for completing licence tests.
