Did you also change your time zone, or is the new console set to a different time zone than the old one?
Though not the only trigger for the issue, changing time zones is the only one that we know about and it guarantees that you'll trigger it.
It'll affect any week (and day, for Daily Workouts) in which a time zone change happens, and should resolve for the following week - except in some circumstances where it continues for a second week.
