Eh, every spectator sport has it's hooligans. The last time I went to an Astros baseball game, a drunk guy jumped on the field, stripped completely nude, and ran around left field. Twas not a pretty sight.

My english is not very good to understand what is it that people are shouting. But as some have said already, all countries have their hooligans. Over here, depending on the stadium, players taking corners are often spit on by the opposition's fans.
