NTSC GT4 game save

Ok well im new here so is there anyone who can make me a .MAX game save of GT4 with Hybird Japanese cars on it, ive used the search tool but found nothing. i would try to mod them myself but my comp is too old and needs a new fan. But basicaly i want to have a game save that has Hybrid Japanese cars on it maybe a few American cars but not many. please help, and thank you in Advanced

well most of them i have seen ask to load with Ulaunch and i have no clue on how to get it. and the ones that i have got my Action replay does not recognize and yes i did get the right format.
