Odd/ potentially malicious ads

I don't know much (if anything at all) about computers and the advertising system here on GTP, but I usually see ads like this on sketchier sites.

See the bottom and how similar it looks to a prompt from Internet Explorer? I can see a person unfamiliar with computers clicking on that right away...
Also the installation of software is another red light. I know for a fact that GTPlanet only chooses genuine ads for real products and always wishes the best for its users, so I just thought it was a little unusual is all.

In a worst case scenario this is a problem with my own PC. I'll run a security scan ASAP.

I was thinking the same thing actually, considering that ads usually don't appear there.
I'll look into it. But now when I look at the exact same page, it won't show it again

Your computer should be fine; ads may be displayed there if you're not signed into your account. That type of ad obviously isn't acceptable, though. I've reached out to the network to make them aware of that banner, thanks for reporting it.

I ran a scan and saw nothing wrong, but let's hope for the best for everyone involved.
