Odd pp on the RE Amemiya

I have been trying to do the WTC championship in the RE Anemiya, The pp however is very swingy with different tyres so i have been altering the setups to get under the line.

For some reason on SM tyres if i alter the rear height to 92 or above the pp resets to base performance however the default pp is 554 if create a new sheet and thats with SH tyres.
Somethings definatly off in pp world.

I'm also seeing that the high speed rotational g is extremely low in both your screenshots. Have you actually driven this car to see what happens? A bicycle could pull more than .36g at high speed lol. Would you mind testing this issue and posting more images of comparisons?

Rotational G is cornering related?

Had a quick few laps of miyabi with both 91 and 92 setups, came within .2 secs of time so performatively the car doesnt appear to have lost 140 pp at the very least. Unless the sheet knows something I dont?

Heres the rest of the setup, removing the Turbo does put the pp up to 590. Braking components is a couple pp change.
