The Aerotech represents one of the most impressive achievements in motoring history. Designed to be a high speed test vehicle, Oldsmobile built two versions of the Aerotech - one with a short tail, and the other a long tail (as shown in the image above).

Both were powered by a hugely developed twin-turbo 2.0 liter straight four engine producing an insane 850 bhp.

The short tail version achieved 257 mph, and the long tail - 274. This was attained almost 20 years before the Bugatti Veyron was released, and from an engine 1/4 of the size.

I think the Aerotech(s) would make a valuable historical and race worthy addition to the GT franchise, especially for tracks like Route X, Indy, and Daytona.

Woah! How did they squeeze that out of it!?
I'd love to race this around High-Speed Ring and Route X with the W125 Rekordwagen and Auto Union Streamliner

It is said that a master tuner or engine designer can make a straight-four engine go to 1000HP.
