Anybody have an idea why my onboard settings became unresponsive? I can only change the FOV, nothing else. Both the regular Steam and Content Manager versions are affected.

Update: Solved. I have been driving in cockpit view for at least the last 8 years. Never had a reason to change it. I must have inadvertly changed view to cockpit w/o wheel. I forgot all about changing views. After 2 days of fooling around I figured it out. Boy do I feel like a dummy.
