online drifting question

I have yet to see anyone drift online, I also have yet to drift during a race, but anyways, which PSN account should I use when drifting during a race, my regular account or my GTP account?

I use a mix of both. If I am going to race any, ill hop on my gtp name and if I later want to drift ill just drift.

same as suzuki said but if you want people to know your drifting why not make a gtp drifting type name or somethig and by the way me and suzuki drift during races lol post ya aim anme or whatever so we can drift

yea right now i drift at suzuka 750pp wit my amuse/opera 350z
if anybody wants to drift, im usually online around 12 to 6:30 PM eastern time

man i'm new here at GTP, but I've seen a lot of people drifting at pp600 Suzuka because the pp750 is too crowded sometimes and it has some messed up race, but anyway AIM me if you guys want to drift sometimes (AIM: urban0noodle24) (PSN: RaLpH89)

At the start of the race, I would park myself at the side and wait for everyone else to pass. Being my PSN GTP_Lets-Drift, people know what I'm up to. Usually people hang back with me and we start our drift session. Very fun when you get a drifting party

it's a bit of a shame you are all in the USA, hopefully trans atlantic lobby's will arrive soon.

EDIT:- Just read the news update about the international competition event, maybe we could organize some sort of drift session.👍

Downside it's standard physics and high speed ring.

Upside it's sports car class so all the usual suspects are there.

EDIT2:- Just had a quick go with most of the cars, the news is not good i'm afraid. There's just too much grip you can forget the 4WD cars completley, none of the 2WD cars will power over on their own so you are left constantley tapping the handbrake.

I think the best car in that list would be the RX-7; perfect weight balance and very easy to get the rear to slip out

havent really been playing gt5p that much but i got on yesterday and witnessed some drifitng for the first time.belive it was a guy i knew off xlink called bee_dizzle. and some other two dudes in 350zs later on that night.
Also if its only 1 on 1 I found if you stay back or lap you and see you drift they usually try and drift with you.

seeing theres some drifters online know,ill probably be in a silver fd on expert suzuka 600 or 750.( i drift on s2 tires by the way)

Im BROWN_DRAGON_ on there by the way,not too good but i manage.

I was going to start a thread about this, but found this one. I was in several 600pp fuji races with a guy driving a blue STI. Every corner he was e-braking and going sideways....he was good at it but slow through the corners. Finally I got fed up and got inside him and nudged him out of my way, he took it to heart and went for revenge. If you are going to race, cool, if you are going to drift, fine, but don't mess up everyones race (directed at "joilete8" or something like that).

I've been drifting with the Aston Martin DB9 lately & that car loves me...I can get such a wicked angle with that car. Suzuka 600PP Expert.

I use a tuned cappuchino (dont underestimate)
a Rx-7, Viper GTS, F430 and thats really it (only had the game for a week exactly now)
