Online number

Just realized that after playing online with a car it gets a racing number on the door and its placed over my retro le mans number. It looks very bad.
Anyone knows how to take it off? I want to take some photos but not like this...

You can't take it off in the sport races unfortunately. There's currently no way to disable or even move it to a different spot. Silly, I know.

As said, could not fix it. If it´s required to race online it´s fine (and weird) but at least should be possible to remove it to do photo shoots after the race.

Mine is still on my car!!! In the garage, it’s 18. If I “view car”, it’s 8. I’ve checked the livery a bunch of times, I can’t clear it. The car hasn’t been used since last week at Dragon’s Trail.

That appears to be a glitch.

Perhaps going back to the original livery and then do a time trial or arcade race will clear it?

Try selecting another livery and see if that works.

I have the problem where I didn't have a number on my car, but since after racing a couple days ago the number from my sport qualifying is still stuck on the car. Anyone know how to remove it? (When I go to livery editor there is no number)

Apply the original livery, then re-apply your custom one. The number should be gone after that. It's quite annoying when it happens, really hope the next patch will fix a few of these issues we're having. We really need movable numbers, many times the number is right in the middle of the door (Beetle Gr3 probably best example) so it's really difficuly to design something around it since there's hardly any space left.

A great option would be a separate design space where you can design your own number plates that you can choose to use when you're required to use one. Also letting us choose a position out of a few preset locations. Doubt that happens any time soon but it would be great.

It seems like this still hasn't been fixed yet. If you don't have a custom livery, is the number just stuck on your car forever? Any way to remove them from stock liveries?
