Online racing, what in the world happened?

i went from clearing S10 with my tuned vette onto online racing, intermediate and i took the vette into it and it handled like crap

i guess i dont know what is going on with online racing, please help

Intermediate is Standard physics, with no option for professional. Were you using Pro physics before? Only professional events have professional physics.
And yes, in standard mode many cars drive quite oddly.

so a car that handles one way in events will handle differently online?
 
Before you went online,you were prob using standard physics,which makes the car much less likely to traction loss. The online event you were in was sounds like pro physics,BIG difference.

post above says intermediate has no option for pro physics and it was an intermediate race

i will try again and again...i guess that is all that is left other than dealership challenges, cant wait for new game

The other thing to take into consideration with intermediate online races is the effect of boost on the handling of the car. If you get too far ahead, the game automatically adds a weight penalty to the car which will hamper it's performance across the board. Fall far enough behind, and weight is removed, dramatically improving acceleration and handling.
