These two high-pitched beasts share a lot of similarities. They're both touring cars, all wheel drive, Lsomewhat noisy, have close to the same horsepower and the exact same weight.

Which one do you prefer?

I think the Calibra feels like more of a grip car, while the Alfa seems almost like a Lancer- throw it into curves without the fear of spinning. I think the Calibra is a tad faster too....I'd have to say the Calibra.

Probably the Calibra, by a hair. I haven't driven either one for about 8-9 months now, though.

Although I'd take the CLK Race Car if it were offered, definately a third competitior that's in the same circle with 4WD/~2350lbs/539hp. But it's not common to find in most garages.

i used to love the calibra so much. that was my favourite car for years. i remember going around grindelwald and drifting it through pretty much every corner, it sounded awesome. and throwing it around at laguna seca was probably the best ever experiance in any car in any gran turismo game. i still love that car, i have not played gt2 for 5 years now, but memories of me and my calibra will forever remain sweet.

I haven't driven the Opel at all, but I do like that Alfa. It grips like a rock and it's a challenge to win some races with since it's a bit underpowered. ¬

Things that I know for both car.
- They both rev at 14,500 rpm max.
- They both have the same gear speed
- The power curve of both car shaped the same
- They have the same estimated tire size
- They have the same maximum downforce

So, I think they're even.

Do they have the same wheel drive? RWD, 4WD?

They both 4WD
Calibra = 555hp@13800rpm, 222lb-ft/12000rpm, 2336lb, 4673mm length, 1756mm width, 1385mm height
155 = 544hp@13900, 222lb-ft@12000rpm, 2336lb, 4576mm length, 1750mm width, 1410mm height

oops, it seem the 155 is 11hp short, not notice it earlier :P.
