Opel GT 1970

I bought one in high school (1976) and loved it!
Here's an Picture of an Opel GT but an '72 hm is it OK? It's the same car not to many Changes if there are any at all :P

Mine was originally similar to the LeMans Blue on Corvettes of the day, but I re painted it a midnight blue metallic, with matte black on the rear transom. I was lucky to have a high school auto shop with a ventilated spray booth. And I was also lucky to get work-study credits for working in a local service station. Times have changed!

Yeah! That was it, but there was some slight rust and a few dings. Bought her for $1,200 USD. I stripped her to bare metal and learned body work. A couple months later, she was beautiful. I was proud of my work. :)
