I feel that there are a lot of awesome leagues of auto racing that are decently represented in GT6. Saying that though, there are still many leagues and classes that have no representation in game, one of wich bing the LMP2 category. As of now, the only car close to an LMP2 machine is the Deltawing, and that doesn't cut it; so here we have a car from Oreca, the 03-R. Here it is in the Signatech-Alpine team livery which ha been dubbed the Alpine A450b. The no. 36 car, the successor to the Oreca 03 (Alpine A450) of 2013, raced this year in the 24 Hours of Le Mans taking 3rd in its class and 7th overall. This car has a menacing look to it that would fill one of the many many holes in GT6.

Here are some pics.

As a bonus, this would give us an other open top premium, which as of now we have 41, that includes karts, convertible road cars and race cars (I did not count the cars like the FGT that say they are premium but don't actually have a fully modeled interior).

This is exactly the same car as this one already suggested by me here:

The A450b (Or Oreca 03-R) is just the same car with a low downforce package used for Le Mans only. The car is perhaps named as "A450b" but this is not...

Alpine A450 (Oreca 03) at the Castellet in 2013, high downforce:

The Alpine A450b (Oreca 03-R), low downforce package provided by Oreca in 2014 for Le Mans:

Last race at Estoril this week-end, high downforce package, A450 (Oreca 03)

Just a little subtlety with the car name beven if this is the one used.

Sorry mate, didn't see anyother post for this car when I searched "Alpine A450b." If only there was a way to combine likes.
