Original Driving Force PC compatibility

Does anyone know if the original driving force works on the pc as the DFP does?

It does, or at least I expect it to do as my DFP was recognized as a DF when I used old drivers. I'm sure they have continued supporting it.

so you are telling me that I went out and bought 2 wheels for nothing?????? I have the Driving Force (not pro) for PS2, and got a Wingman Formula Force GP for PC (indentical wheel, just with red grips instead of blue) and now you tell me that I could have used the PS2 one on the PC????? GUDDAMMIT!!!

Mine works without installing anything, however GP4 never recognises the paddles—if drivers will solve this (which they probably would), could someone link me?
