Nothing against you, but you should use the search function. I did the same thing when I was a new member (not searching), and believe me, the results aren't pretty.

I'd also say search, but I'm not coming up with anything in the search engine, either; maybe it's because I never cared/tried to break out of GT3 or GT4 that no particular search words come to mind...

Searched for "Seattle breakout" in GT4 forums only, and came up with this thread. Hopefully this helps, but don't expect to be spoon-fed in the future.

Well, there's always the Cote d' Azur glitch.
After those tight corners, you get to a tunnel, curving to the right. So, don't brake for the corner, but wallride on the right at the last possible moment... you'll need to be doing ~160mph at least when you hit the little corner bit. Took me a while, but you'll be able to break out! A good way to test a car's top speed...
