Have you guys noticed with both FR and 4WD cars in both increasing and decreasing radius turns, for some reason, when it gets to the very apex of the turn, the tires lose traction and it spins out? You can tell when the rear tires poofs out smoke just a little bit. I know they fixed this problem with GT4, but I want to know if this snfu/bug/design error/whatever you want to call it has ever cost you a race or a series or even a time trial because you forgot to feather the throttle at the hairpin at Laguna Seca or that crazy set of turns at the Complex String or even worse, you threw on the throttle just a little bit too early at the last turn at the last lap at Smokey Mountain and spun yourself out and watched in horror as your rival sped on to victory.
Share your stories, please!!

Yup, sometimes just catching the curbing wrong will put you in that spin. I wouldn't call it a bug as much as needing suspension or driving style changes. I managed to spin the 787b at Cote while leading and was only able to fight back to 2nd by the end. What does our panel think? Maybe less rebound on the front dampers?

SSR11 is another place I've managed to spin on by catching the inside barrier.

You have problems with mom you'd like to express too?

I take it you & your mom don't have very many special, tender times, eh? :nervous:

I'm with KAMKA-Z on this: I don't think it's so much of a glitch--I think the game was deliberately planned this way. At tracks like Rome, Seattle, and sometimes route 11 (where I personally drive on curbs a lot to get better angles thru corners) I often raise my car and set the springs & dampers softer to avoid the bouncy bouncies...

Hmmm, Banned already.

I managed to soften up the 787b too much. They were almost good drift settings, I messed em up so bad. I'm slowly getting it tamed back down. I may have to win another one just so I know what the original settings were.
