Okay, it might not be the current world record holder as it keeps constantly changing between Pac and another Puerto Rican competitor. But Pac has held the record the longest and it's currently the off season, so look out for the record to drop even more soon!
The Pac Performance Mazda 6 SP is Australia’s fastest Mazda (and one of the world's fastest), travelling from a standing start to in excess of 330km/h in around 6.5sec. Its 1600 horsepower methanol burning Mazda 20B rotary engine is built in-house in their Sydney workshop. With its 5-speed manual transmission and full tube chassis design it will accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 1.3sec. It's best ET so far has been 6.45 seconds at 216mph as of September 2013.
