Pagani Zonda R - How do you tune it to the max?

Hi guys, I have just won this car and have already put all available modifications on it. It is currently standing at 956 BHP and 1070 KG. However, I am trying to enter the "Like the Wind" A-Spec event, and I can't seem to get it tuned properly. Can someone please give me detailed tuning instructions so that I can win this event.
