Can unlock a paintshop?

Is this true! Also how does it work, can you paint your car like in NFS2!

No you can't, there is no paintshop in GT4.

"Illuminous"? Don't you mean "luminous"? "Illuminous" things give off their own light...

Body kits are over rated but, one of the biggest things I wanted for GT4 was to be able to change the cars colour. I hate it when you get a car that comes in like 50 colours then you never get the car you want but, I would really like body kits.
