I'm not sure how many GTP users listen to Oakenfold but I think hes great! I've been looking around for some of his better songs and remixes. Do any of you have any suggestions? or anything that sounds like oakenfold?
He's been around for about 10 years though. He's only recently become superdupermainstream in the US.
Bunkka sucks. Just check out his earlier stuff. I actually stopped listening to that trance stuff a couple years ago and can't remember any good Oakenfold songs. But just about anything from his earlier days is good.
I know this is probably of very little help to you but if you see any of his earlier stuff just buy it. Pre-2000.
I disagree with Klos. I think Bunkka is excellent. His studio work isn't as varied as his DJ sets though, of which there are plenty that are commercially available. Anyone who likes that should check out Sasha's DJ sets and also the Sasha/Digweed collaborations, Northern Exposure, especially the later ones which are harder and faster.
I downloaded bunkka. THe only one I really liked on that was Ready Steady Go. I also downloaded Dread Rock of the matrix cd and I like that too. Die another day has some good stuff but madonna just isn't my favorite person. For a Girl is pretty good too...Right now I'm downlaoding Tranceport I heard that was pretty good. I'll look around tho.
