Hey.

I want to put some racing movies off the internet on a CD and be able to play them on a standard DVD Player..... is there a way? Thanks!!!

Is there a patch or something I ned, program, etc????

You'll need software that can burn a Video CD. I know Easy CD Creator will do this, and I'm sure there several others. Of course, your DVD player must be able to read VCDs.

Plus: You will probably need to convert the file into VCD compliant MPEG-1 (White Book standard). TMPEGEnc is a free and easy way to do just that.

I would also cut up the movie(s) into chapters so your DVD player won't suddenly slow down when you're watching your videos. For some reason, when I watch some long videos, the DVD player thinks that the bitrate increases or something so it slows down right after 42 minutes.... But when I have a bunch of music videos on a disk, it can go longer than 42 minutes, and I have one Band of Brothers episode going for something like 52 minutes non-stop....
