Pd logic on Dr/sr

Why bother rating people with sportsmenship and drivers rating, if they are all just race together eventually?
I think that at least the sportsmenship should work as a league which you try to move up in.

Yes, a lot of people have complained about the way PD has implemented the Sportsmanship Rating system, yet nothing has been done to change it.
I have tried to understand PDs logic behind leaving the SR system as is, but it seems trying to understand the logic just leads to more confusion.

I think when matchmaking for standard daily races Lap time should play a big part in the balance, I've seen DRB SRB(same as my average) who cant get within 5 seconds of my lap times.

I think just separating the drivers by their SR would fix many of the system's problems..

I know what you're saying but I think laptime is less important than SR. In formula 1 some cars a qualifying seconds slower than the pole sitter, so they don't stand a chance in hell of winning. Buy they race for the bottom position and what's important there is the sportsmenship.. drive slow, but drive clean.
I'd rather be in a lobby with faster guys and lose fair and square, than to be in a lobby with people who qualify as well as me, but drive dirty in a race.

Raced the daily at northern isle earlier and finally had a room with everyone the same dr and SR. I grabbed my first pole and my first win. Whoot
