Saw this up a while ago on Netflix and it has been added...just haven't got around to watching it myself. My lady wife has seen an episode or two and says it's great. Cillian Murphy hasn't been bad in anything I've seen and apparently he does a convincing Brummie accent too!

Netflix, in association with The Weinstein Company and Endemol, announced that the critically acclaimed, sweeping gangster series "Peaky Blinders" will launch exclusively on Netflix in the US. All six episodes of season one will debut at 12:01am PT today, September 30, and season two will launch in November.

To slightly necro an old thread, I absolutely love this series! Currently on season 2 and it's got some great characters (and actors) with some great story lines.

Not one for those who don't like gore, sex, drugs, alcohol or violence mind.

This is a must-watch show. I can't explain it, except that Cillian Murphy is the man. The show is more than just worth giving a shot; dive into it and don't look back.

Netflix recently added season 2, so I watched 1 & 2 pretty much back to back (well, I'd been getting around to it for a while). It's only 12 episodes in total so it didn't take long.

I discovered partway during the 1st season that season 3 is premiering this week over here on the BBC! This makes me very happy indeed and will fill the Person of Interest gap temporarily anyway
