Pecs

I am 14, and already a pretty experienced weight lifter, but no one has ever really tought me good pectorial excersizes. If anyone has any good excersizes to get the pecs big let me know. Thanx

I do flat bench presses. Incline bench presses and dumbell flys. Occasionally I will get on a pec deck and do a few sets. I start out with light weight then increase weight on every set till I hit my max on the flat and incline bench presses. It works for me.

I really dis-like the smith machines. They don't build your muscles properly, at least, I don't think they do. They don't build your stabilizers.....

Flat bench, 5:5
Incline bench w/ dumb bells, 3:10
Decline bench w/ dumb bells, 3:10
Doing dumb bells is debateable, so whichever one you want to do is great as long as you do it consistantly.

I've yet to see any "stabilizers" on an anatomy chart.

YA know that you should never bench your max, seeing how thats when you start to rip and tear your muscles. You may be doing more harm that good. But whatever you feel is best. See i learnt this all in heath class now everthing :)

Well it's not actually my max at that point. I have already gone through a number of sets and the muscle is getting somewhat exhausted so my max is greatly reduced. It's just the max I can do at that point.

PARALLEL BAR DIPS - do them and watch your chest and triceps grow - being that the whole body is moving there is a greater release of the bodies natural growth hormone than you would get with any other chest exercise.
