Pedal problem: G29 auto-accelerates

Hey everyone! I´ve been using my G29 for six months now, playing GT Sport and F1 2017. Four weeks ago a problem occured with my gas pedal. Even if I don´t push it the games register an input between 10 and 20%. So the car keeps accelerating although I don´t do anything. After pushing it all the way down and letting it more or less snap back, throttle goes down to zero like it should. It only occurs when I push the pedal just slightly. If then I pull it a little towards me, throttle drops to zero again. To me it seems like the pedal doesn´t snap back completely when it´s released slowly. In F1 2017 I could solve the problem by setting the deadzone to 30, but there´s no option for that in GT.
Anyone had a similar problem or knows a solution? I´d greatly appreciate your help ;-)

I would think its a dirty Pot.. Had a similar issue, sprayed with electrical contact cleaner and they are fine... See this thread:

Thanks a lot for your help! I think your diagnosis is right Unfortunately I'm not the handy type So I will probably send it in and let the professionals do the job, although I'm afraid it will take them weeks to fix it Take care

I have problem with gas button R2 ds4 and g29 pedal ONLY in gtsport.
While press gas, the rpm start to fail.

Others games work very well.
I don't know what to do!!!
