Penalties and SR

Am I the only one getting penalized for being rammed from behind and driven off the track. Also, I've gone from an S to a B after getting rammed. I'll be leaving GTS if this doesn't change. Anyone else feel the same way. Very frustrating. I'm just trying to race clean and have some fun but other drivers appear to just want to play demo derby.

Also what's up with the 5 second penalty for hitting the wall???? Isn't that penalty enough. Like I always ram the wall so I can go faster, right!?!

I've had this happen to me multiple times... I found it especially hard with the Karts last week in the one make online 'daily' race - You're driving along, someone pushes up beside you which is fine, rubbing is racing, but when they lose control, and knock you and them off the track, and then it gives you a 3-5 second penalty instead of them, it sucks... It would be nice for them to be able to make it easier to see who is in the fault...

And the wall one, and the 5 second penalty... yeah, I don't understand that at all... Maybe on a track somewhere you can hit the wall somewhere to get through quicker, and it's become a universal rule within their programming?

As frustrating as it is, I still love playing the game, and I do my best to stay out of trouble. I found that once I had come through to S ranking, I started getting much better racers. Just gotta try and stay out of trouble haha.
