No it cant, the 2-time defending champ, DeFarren is leaving with Penske. Roger Penske founded CART, so its founder is gone, major blow. CART should attempt to join with the IRL again IMO.

CART also ditched on the Indy Lights after promising them a whole bunch of stuff for i believe some Atlantic series because Toyota is apart of that and they are coming to CART correct? What a bunch of **** heads (sorry about the language)
