The last car of the victorious team of the Indy / CART Formula with a chassis made by the own Penske and motor Mercedes (already surpassed in power by the Honda and Ford), since in 1999, the equipment used Penske chassis, baptized of PC-27B and Lola B 99/00, with the transition to the 2000 season, using the Reynard chassis and Honda engines, the most powerful combination, all to win the CART championship, achieved by Gil de Ferran.
