PETITION - PD/SONY do something about the cheating.

This is a petition that I intend to send to every authority I can asking them to do something about the cheating. It's not meant to be a discussion of what they should do about it, just do SOMETHING.

Some people seem to be under the mistaken impression that the forums can be used to contact Polyphony or Sony. While it is known that members of Polyphony do indeed visit the forums, no-one has ever come forward as a member of staff. Consequently, any attempts to contact them are considered spam post because we have no way of knowing if they'll ever actually read your thread, much less use them.
