I saved my money for a long time so i could buy this car, and win the all stars race with it. Problem is the massive oversteer (i think). I have to be very gentle with the throttle in low speed corners, and than there's still much chance i will spin. The biggest problem occurs when it's in 3th gear and the turbo kicks in. This way i can't win...

So, does anyone has this car, and especially what set up do you use?

Thanks a lot!

All extremely powerful race cars suffer from over throttle induced over steer. I just run mine with the downforce set to the max on the front and the rear. Soft racing slicks too. Have you tried setting the gas and brake to L2 & R2? You get more control over it that way. You're just gonna have to practice feathering the throttle. Unless you're in 4th gear, you should never floor these cars while turning. Stay at half throttle or less until the turn exit, wait until you're going perfectly straight, then get on the gas all the way. It takes some practice to learn but you'll get it. Just be careful, these cars demand all your attention and they also demand respect. Forget what you're driving even for a second, and they'll break your heart. Most likely on the last lap of a close race too!

Thanks for the reply! I'm glad to hear it's a general problem with these cars, and I didn't buy the wrong one. Than it will be training all the way. I already switched to the L2 & R2 triggers at the beginning, so that shouldn't be much of a problem by now. Problem is I still have to win the All stars event, and feathering the throttle in corners results in being overtaken. A good setup anyone?

Also try running a gear high in turns. I pretty much do this with all cars. Especially these super light, and high powered cars.
The real fun kicks in when you try to run one of these cars in the rain!

I have to say that changing the tyres to soft appears to reduce the oversteer! Thanks for that! Cornering in high gear is what i do automatic, except for the 3th gear because the wheels are spinning like mad.

Still could use a good setup. Does anyone have this car at all? :P

Did you put the front and rear downforce at max? That might help too. I don't fool with suspension settings unless I'm copying a setup from the forums.
