First shown at the 2008 LMES finale at Silverstone in a demonstration run, this car was Peugeot's first attempt at bringing hybrid power to the track. It has a 60Kw Motor with 10 Battery packs and a power electric converter. It can run in full electric mode, Petrol engine mode and a combination of the two, generating 760 Hp with the motor fully engaged. This would add another hybrid race car, especially the one that was basically the forerunner to the 908 HYbrid4.

Engine: 5.5L Twin Turbo Diesel V12 with a 60Kw Electric Motor
Horsepower: 700 hp (760 with Battery engaged)
Transmission: 6-Speed Semi-Automatic
Weight: 925Kg
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Note: To prevent confusion, this car is based on the 2008 Peugeot 908 HDI FAP while the 908 HYbrid4 is based on the 2011 Peugeot 908
