Phantom racing is a brand new racing league I have developed for anybody who has a sports car or tuner ready to burn some fuel on the track! The criteria for the league is to get some mileage on those cars of people that are race-built for the track/ city. Remember, the Phantom Racing is meant for fun and enjoyable sport/ tuner racing, so get that car and start racing!
Requirements
Vehicles
Basically any tuner or sport car, but the PP Limit must be 400-630. I have divided the racing into 5 tiers, since the PP limit is so spread apart.
Tier 1: 400-450
Tier 2: 451-500
Tier 3: 501-550
Tier 4: 551-579
Tier 5: 580-630
