~ Only one entry may be submitted, mark it clearly as Final Entry.
~ Previews may be posted, but must be no larger then 400X300.
~ You may change your Final Entry once.
~ All images to be uploaded at Imageshack.
~ Photoshop or other graphics programs may only be used to crop, resize, adjust brightness/contrast, gamma, hue/saturation, rotate, add a border or small signature, or to remove the "Gran Turismo/©SCEI" watermark, if you so wish.
~ When using brightness/contrast and hue/saturation filters to alter an entry, it must be uniform throughout the entire picture.
~ If you don't have Photoshop or other professional image management software, try a shareware one such as Picasa or GIMP.

Thanks, and my comment wasn't directed towards you rather than clearing up any controversy. After I took the picture I realized that it looks like it could have been an e-brake induced slide that landed in the wall at 60 mph. Either way I prefer to take pics of a successful drift because it doesn't have unrealistic countersteer / angle relative to speed.

You are right on the spot about that. Many drifts posted in the competitions just lack the realism factor because of extreme angles, which pretty much leaves the "drift" part of the competition out of the picture. It is not a drift if you don't have control over it. Anyways, I will see what can I find for this competition. I will not look for a winning picture, as it goes against my rules to look for a fancy shot instead of a good drift, but I will definitely look up to the two cars I previously mentioned.

Went for something simple this time, though the image turned quite well in my opinion. Needless to say about the competition, every drift in Nürburgring is great! 👍 I've been running this car there for countless laps, with more than 1300km+ on it

Yeah..I got a bit of milage on my Yellowbird - but I got heaps on this little 206RC I have. I love the engine noise and it doesn't have the most power - which leave the performance to be squeezed out by my driving, not the car.

Anyway - the pic.
It's got good composure, but I would have liked to see stronger colours. Colours and shading can really lift an image - so even though it's quite a small thing to overlook, the difference can be quite large.

Thanks! There's some tough competition. I'm especially loving Skyline's 22B despite the extreme drift angle. Great sense of speed, and the shine on the car looks nice 👍

Well if that's case, I suggest adding a bit more sepia and less colour - the colours now make the whole shot just a little dead

That's right .. Or adding a bit more contrast/ brightness would do the thing, too 👍

Don't worry. It's not my final entry yet. Looking at the competition, though, I have one small question for Cyborg GT.

Did you use any Photoshop options outside the rules? You said you had used a bit of Photoshop.
