I'm going to do exactly what I did last round:
Match 1 - Moglet sets the tone for the round; it's going to be a quality event. It's brave to enter such a simple shot, but it works so well. The foreground is smooth and clean, the blur is executed without a hitch, and as Franz pointed out, the lighting is just spot on. I've noticed Moglet doesn't often use extreme hues (I myself am guilty of from time to time), and it's reminded me how nice a simple, clean, proper-coloured shot can look. Realism needs to make a comeback (I've even noticed it looking back in my own gallery!). TVR's entry does benefit from full-view as he said, but the car is strangely out of focus (maybe its your blur technique, TVR?), also, the wheelwell's jagginess jars with the rest of the picture. I liked your last entry better.
Match 2 - Yes, DMan's preview is abso-freakin'-lutely awesome. But viewing it full size I'm met with some mixed things. There is a bit of a dark glow around the car (noticeable in the preview too), something that happens when you happen to have a pixel or two of the actual car on the backround layer before the radial blurring. Also, the car could benefit from some cleanup, because of the extreme closeness of the shot. Though, if you would've backed off from the subject, we'd miss out on the wonderful action. Also, there's a lot of really nice reflections to work with there, and the grain of the road is very nice. D_P's entry edges it though, for me. The colour and action give it a wonderful "chase" feeling, and it's so clean. Look at that windshield reflection! The only criticism I can level at it is that the license plate should've had the text removed; after that, you could easily fool people into thinking it's a real shot.
Match 3 - Krame, great minds do think alike! Oddly enough, that wasn't going to be my entry until the 11th hour. My original entry was to be a near-copy of my recent Celica shot, only with the STI subbing in. But, the reflections don't work as well on the flanks of the Scoob as they do on the Celica, so I abandoned it for the lines of the fish market. I really like Krame's, I actually find the back light works as a contrast (though, yes, it can be a bit distracting, like Franz said). The wheel blur looks good, I can never work with those rims, and the reflections are gorgeous (particularly the side mirror's, just wow). That said, the blur in the shadow is the wrong angle, and the front end could theoretically use some cleanup, but I don't think there's anything you can really do about it, it's mostly down to the game. Either way, I would not be disappointed in the least to lose to such a picture 👍
Match 4 - Vonie's is clear and simple. There's a tiny bit of colour banding in the flanks of the car, but only if you really look. A little bit of blurring there could've solved it. It's hard to enter an entry that doesn't focus on the car as much, but I really like it because it's such an airy, adventurey shot. Franz shows why he's an innovator though; a lightly-edited, stationary photo travel shot that is just very, very well done. The reflections and cleanup are magazine-quality, even the background! I'm also happy because the Micra is a very rare photomode subject. I love the little thing. The only thing I can say about the shot, and even then it's nit-picking, is that the headlights look... artificial. Just like what I said about Krame's entry though; it's not in any way the persons' fault, it's just an aspect of the game we can't change. Some cars have very real-looking headlights, some don't. And others still only look real from some angles.

Thanks for the critiques guys, I agreed with everyone that our match would be very close, though I'm surprised at Match 2 as well. Personally, this is what I like about the tourneys; for some reason, we all help each other with tips and compliments more so than other comps. I chose those rims because current WRX have seven-spokers, and for some reason those look good on nearly anything. I also figured black was different; but the Prodrive doesn't come in it, and since I originally wanted to ape my Celica shot, I had to chose black. I'm happy I didn't use it though, I was worried I'd get less votes based on originality. I spent a lot of time getting rid of those damned dots that show up post-blurring. I don't mind missing most of last week's comps to work on this
