Photorealistic kitchen

This is my first dive into the world of photorealism with the use of HDRI's. Hope you guys enjoy.

I love that stuff, can you give me a hint how to do this by myself? A link to some website or something would be sufficient already. The only thing I've seen so far is that ATI demo (real time rendering with natural light) and some of Paul Debevec's stuff.

I've found some info asking google about "HDRI". As I understand it, HDRI stands for high resolution images of the surrounding rooms you see in the reflecting objects.
 
HDRI stands for High Dynamic Range Image. These are used for creating reflections that are high in detail and high quality - as you can see.
