I really don't get the photoshopjunkie tutorial on changing colors so if someone could help me out.. thanks , please make it at begining level of telling me

It really isn't that hard to understand (PJ's colour changing tutorial).

What he means by go around the edge of the body is select the edge of the car. The Polygon Lasso
lower_selecttool.gif
tool is a selection tool. Click somewhere on the edge of the body and then move the mouse. You will see a line follow your cursor from the point at where you clicked. This line is part of your selection and where you clicked is called a point. If you click again anywhere on the picture and move you mouse you will see a line (your selection) follow your mouse cursor from where you clicked the second time, or the second point. So, start somewhere on the edge of the car and keep clicking around the outside of the car until you have a nice smooth selection around the edge of your car. You do not go around the wheels by the way. You select around the edge of the wheelarch.

Now what he means by hold "shift" to add portions, and hold "alt" to subtract a portion of your selection is fairly simple to understand. You have selected your whole car via the clicking method. Hold alt and start clicking around the headlights. grill, etc. You may think that you are selecting the headlights when in fact you are actually deselecting the headlights from your orginal car selection.By clicking around the headlights and stuff, you are selecting what you don't want in your original selection. If you don't understand, don't worry. You will understand when it comes to filling in the car with colour.

The rest is pretty straight forward. Hoped that helped. :)
