Physics change arcade vs timetrialF1 2010-2016

Just great... For the past 3 hours i've been nitpicking and fine-tuning all the digits for the vehicle im driving for timetrial mode, just to figure out that when l go to do an enduro in arcade... Its the complete opposite of what l tuned to.

I ran a 1:20.3xx around Melbourne and im using NO assists... So im pretty sure l would notice a differene in the characteristics of handling...

Well just letting more people be aware of this, sorry if this is a repost...
