It was shown that Piazza Del Campo was supposed to be the "Main Course" on the Gran Turismo Karting Experience in the Special Events in Gran Turismo 5.

It would be nice to have, but the track got cut from GT5 due to some sort of licensing disagreement. Also without the photomode location from GT5 it seems unlikely that this will return.

But one can dream I guess.
