Last December I bought myself the Logitech G29 and shortly after that moment I also bought the G25 shifter.
About 3 months a go, I was delivering some goods ad a car-wrapping shop near Utrecht, in the middle of our country (The Netherlands). One of his next projects was to wrap a 2015 Mustang into a kinda Shelby GT 500 scheme.. This was his example, but the owner of the shop was not revealing the colourscheme the Mustang would get finally. Well. Compare these next images with the G29 and you'll (probably) see what I see..
So, the first question here is.. Is there anybody who've made his wheel a bit more special.. with wrapping or painting the base ?!
Second question, what should I do.. Good idea to wrap or painting it or should I just keep it original like how I bought it ?
It's probably a project for this summer. First I've to make a new desktop / table for my sim and other office things, then, maybe when July ends and Augusts is around the corner.. I could buy somewhere a sheet of wrapping foil (3M) to try something. When I look at the last picture now, maybe that part where 'logitech' is written, I could cut that out for a nice contrast, but somewhere I would like to make it a 'Boss 302', with the vertical striping at both sides of the base.
