Pit Stop Penalties

Hi everyone,

On the Watkins Glen track every time I pit in I’m getting a bloody 6” penalty. I’m not leaving the pit exit early. It happens every time and that’s my race effectively over.

Is this a glitch?

Nah , i don't think that's a Glitch , you just have to be careful to not go outside of the pit lines , in and out

I was having the same problem. I was not entering pit lane soon enough.

Crossing the white line on pit entry or exit will get you a penalty.

I'm getting it on Watkins Glen, so that's two tracks it seems to be happening on.

Pit entry is at the start of the final turn. If you hug the right side you should be ok.

Pit penalties

Every time I race the new daily race at watkins glen I get a 3 sec pit penalty when i'm clearly not going over the line. it has cost me 3 wins (very frustrating) Can any one tell me whats happening please

Oh my we have a pedant amongst our midst.

I made a typo, I’ll take myself off to the naughty step right away sire.

You might find that rather than being pedantic and sarcastic it would have been more agreeable to offer a educated opinion. Perhaps given me the chance to correct the typo which I’ve just noticed.
