What do the license plates do for the WRC cars? Are they the ralley class or what?

the WRC cars are road legal. they need those plates to be elligible for the rally.

they have road "stages" to get from stage to stage. even the mad 600 hp Group B cars had to be road legal.

Hello,
Would anyone know of any threads or places to refer to on rally car setup's? Trying to learn better ways to set up my rally cars for better lap times. I would appreciate anyone's answer that could
steer me in the right direction.
