Platinum and all Gold, except one..

New poster here. I managed to get the platinum trophy a few weeks ago. I recently finally golded everything in the game, including CE, missions, licenses, and events.. except one. I k-swapped my '65 Mini a few weeks ago without checking if I need the car for any events and now can't get the car to 350PP to compete in the Clubman Plus at Goodwood!

I've been waiting around for one to pop up in the used car dealership, but in the meantime, it's been a lot of fun trying to get the PP down to 350 just to see if it's possible to do the event in a swapped car. I managed to get the PP down to 350.90 and boy does this thing bounce around with maxed out ride height and no sway bars. I'll try to post a video and tune later.

Overall, despite its flaws, I absolutely loved GT7. The game is beautiful to look at and the cars are a joy to drive. My favorite events were the circuit experience challenges, the online time trials, and the Human Comedy races. Surprisingly, the CE that I struggled with the most was the high speed ring. I also had a much harder time with the Autopolis 1 Hour than I did with the Maggiore 1 Hour, but that's probably because I spend way too much time in Gr.3 cars.

Anyway, if anyone has any advice on how to squeeze that last PP point out of the Mini so I can enter this bad boy into the Goodwood event, I'd love to hear it!

Buy a new engine for it, buy a new chassis for it or wait until it pops in the used car dealership.

BTW buying new engines and chassis removes any mods done to it.

Did you try adding weight and taking out power (either through the power limiter or through a full-custom ECU, or if necessary both)? That should lose at least 32 PP (my widebody k-swapped Minis are at 381.77 PP and the standard k-swapped Minis are at 381.91 PP).

The stock 1965 should be back in the UCD this week. As for the idea of buying a new engine, that will get you a new Civic engine on a swapped Mini, not the original 9F-MINI engine.
