I went onto the seasonal events last night and looked at the drift rankings, my goal was to find "the best (premium) drift car" based off of points. The tvr speed 12 and the special 62 take up most of the top scores, but the 599 is the highest ranked premium.

can someone please tell me the parts to buy and tuning that they are using to drift with that 599.

thank you so much.

also it would be really help full if someone could help me out with the advantages and disadvantages of each setting are for drifting, (suspension, transmission, and diff settings) or at least point me in the right direction of a forum that teaches me easily, and simply.

Thank you

If by any chance, have you looked at the Depot? Though you could start off stock and comfort hards. ( probably with a racing LSD)

To the best of my ability, adding a 2-way Differential would let you change how the car acts when you hit the gas and when it is slowing down.

1) It isn't a 2-way differential that's purchased. If it were, there'd be no adjusting to it. There is only an adjustable LSD.
2) The most popular way to tune an LSD in GT5 is by setting the accel & decel to 60 each. Initial torque is usually preference based. The common settings for initial torque are either 10 or 60.

For a proper explanation i would simply google it. I have all the info i need in the APEX book i got for free with my game.

the 599s got so much power it will kick itself sideways around any corner you please.. unmodded.. at least mine does.. i had some good hoonage at Deep Forest this morning with it

my own experience you dont need a tune for this car! and if you add an LSD when using a controller my own experience it ruins your drift.. although it works maginc when using a wheel as you can link drifts ALOT better and faster

Buy the car, and add these parts with this tune.
Comfort hard tires
Dual plate clutch
2 Stages of weight reduction (do the 3rd if you want, I dont' because of $$)
Racing air filter
Catalytic Converter
Fully customizable Suspension
Camber- Front: 3.5/Rear: 4.0
Ride height- Drop it to -5 front and rear
Spring rates- Front: 9.2/ Rear: 12.0
Make the right side (rear) settings to 8, excpet the anti-roll bar; set to 6
Make the left side (front) settings to 4, except the anti-roll bar; set to 3

Hope this helps 👍
