I am currently racing the Dream Car series in a stock CLK touring car. On curvy tracks, I have no problem destroying the Zonda LM car. The only problem is that the Zonda ect. destroys me on high speed tracks where I have no hope of keeping up. So, now to the point.

I have arrived at the Test course, and have realized that I stand no chance of keeping up with the car as-is. I could really use some settings that I could use to achieve the maximum speed possible in a stock CLK touring car, because I have only a one-point lead in the championship.

Thanks.

get rid of the downforce and make sure that the car reaches as great speed as possible on top gear.

Here is the key. High rear downforce low front downforce. Set both spring rates as low as you can. Then the front ride hight as high as you can and the rear ride height as low as you can. Turn all driving aids off especailly the stearing ones.(overstear,understear). Then gear it probably just put it up at 25 auto but I dont know the car that well so you'll need to experiment.

I had the car set up so that I could keep up easily while drafting. Too bad it was a standing start so I couldn't get going fast enough soon enough to catch anybody's wind.

Quit series (seeing as how I would get destroyed on the Sarthe) and am trying it again with a stage 3 turbo.

Leave your CLK in the 24 hr endurance in nuburieg (Or whatever it called :dopey: ) on B-spec mode, win the Formula 1 and all your problems are solved.
