PLEASE HELP tune a Tommy Kaira ZZII

I've fiddled around but I can't seem to get rid of my ZZII's insane understeer

I'm a newbie tuner, and tuning a 4WD is even more complicated than other cars

This car is effing beautiful and has a fantastic power/weight ratio so I'd love to use it as a toy online, but right now it has absolutely pathetic turning - my laps are faster if I turn with handbrake!👎
